The design regards a sugar production factory from sugar cane procession. The buildings area is in total 20.000 m² (34 buildings). A village is also constructed to house the employees including 240 apartments in 120 houses and 13 other common living areas for 150 seasonal workers.

After the completion of the surrounding sugar cane plantation (15.000 hectares) the daily sugar production will be 300 tn.

The factory is energy self-sufficient and produces by burning its own sub products steam enough to supply a steam turbine-generator and the thermal processing installations.
