The HELLENIC TECHNICAL CONSULATANT COMPANY (“EL.T.E.ME. LTD”), is a modern, dynamic consulting engineering firm that specializes in the design and supervision of electromechanical works for both the private and the public sector.
The company started its activity in 1961 by Mr. D. Marino and Mr. E. Zisimato with activity the design and supervision electromechanical studies mainly building and electromechanical design for industrial installations.
In 1979 the company acquires new associate and partner the Engineer – electrical engineer Mr. Asimakis Zaimis who remains until 2002 where retires.
EL.T.E.ME. Ltd was founded on March 11, 1980.
In 1986, the Company acquires a new partner, Nikolao Bartsakoulia Dipl. Electrical Engineer
The 2010 after leaving due to death of E. Zisimatos the company acquires its current legal form with N. Bartsakoulia, Legal Representative and Managing Director.
Since its inception the company and its partners or in cooperation with other relevant firms, has design a great number of large, complex and important projects.
The main activity of the company is the design and supervision of electromechanical installations in any kind of projects, but it also provides its services to industry, such as the design of production lines, the design of special machinery, etc.
The company has been registered with the Design Office Registry of the Ministry of Environment, Planning and Public Works, under registration number 38, and today it holds E’ Class design certificates for Electromechanical works (Category 9) and C’ class design certificates for Industrial works (Category 15).
Today the company has grown into a dynamic and contemporary team consisting of qualified engineers, designers, experts and administrative staff by providing high quality services in all of the projects undertaken.
The company’s commitment to providing high quality services is further safeguarded by the full implementation of the quality assurance system certified according to the standard ISO 9001:2015 (Certificate No. RS-0218-Q-TIC-MS-00427-08).
Since 2004 the company activity expanded abroad deisgn projects in Balkan countries (Albania, Bulgaria, FYROM & Serbia), in Cyprus and in Africa (Nigeria), undertaking projects in various sectors such as special use buildings, infrastructure and industrial projects.
