The vegetable oil production factory of ROM OIL COMPANY is in Ibadan Nigeria. The building installations cover a total area of approximately 15.000 m² and the factory has the following production ability:

• 400tn vegetable oil refinement daily
• Olein production from refined palm oil 75tn/day
• 500tn soy beans processing daily, production of 100tn/day soy oil and 400tn/day soy flour for animal feed
• 250tn palm kernel processing daily, production of 120tn/day palm kernel oil and 130tn/day DOC production, suitable for fuel or animal feed
• 40tn margarine production daily
• 100tn daily capacity palm oil and soy oil bottling installation

 

The industrial complex is completed with:

• Steam/electric power co-production energy center and boiler room with DOC fuel, co-production capacity 18tn/h (4 boilers x 4.5tn/h each)
• Water process unit for industrial and domestic use
• Biological wastewater treatment unit
