The Mimikos S.A. factory is a fully automated poultry unit and is engaged in the slaughter of living poultry and the production of meat flour and various meat articles.
The E/M installations design, elaborated in the modernization phase, included the poultry units, the incubator, the animal feed factory, the farms and the installations of the new slaughterhouse, the carving unit and the standardization unit.
