The E/M Design is elaborate in cooperation with the Firm ALCON CONSULTANT ENGINEERS Ltd.

The General – Obstetrics – Gynecological – Pediatric Clinic ‘’IASO THESSALIAS’’ has an area of 60.000 m2 in the Nikaia Intersection in Thessaly. It has a capacity of 213 beds and offers services of diagnosis, treatment, re-establishment and hospitalization in adults, children and nurslings.

The Clinic is constituted by three of buildings units: building A that is constituted by three floors, accommodates departments of diagnosis and treatment, building B that is constituted by five floors which accommodates the nursing units and building G with the central entry of Clinic, including the rooms of multiple uses, the canteen and shops.

The underground space extending beneath all buildings accommodates the departments of support as washing-machines, kitchens, sterilization, drugstore, file, lockers room, deposits, technical services etc as well as the central E/M Installations (central machinery room etc) and underground parking area.

In the Hospital surrounding area there is an open space car parking area with a capacity of 530 cars, outdoor electromechanical installations, a temple, a lodge and a Guard house.
